PLSA Surfing Weekend

NOTE: This event requires participants to book their own accommodation, transport, and surf lessons (optional). I can put you in touch with other students looking to share accommodation, transport, and surfing lesson bookings and provide you with all the necessary information.

ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS: Cost for 2 nights: Camping site $110 (good for 5 persons), Unit $300, Unit with bed linen provided $360. Camping sites are powered, Units are 1 double bed and 3 bunk beds, tv, kitchenette, shower and
toilet.
There is plenty of other accommodation options in Torquay if you do not find the above suitable to your needs.
TRANSPORT: Own/Hired Car OR Train (V-Line www.vline.com.au) estimated $16 return from Melbourne > Torquay Holiday Resort, Surf Coast Hwy. Trains leave about 3 times a day.
SURFING LESSONS (OPTIONAL): Southern Exposure Surf School $65 two hour lesson

Every second month, the PLSA will be hosting events that allow both local, interstate and international students to experience some of what Melbourne has to offer.
Recently we went to see Essendon v Brisbane at the MCG and the Dali exhibition at the NGV. And in January we'll all troop down to the nightmarket at the Queen Victoria Markets.
